A few things to know

Wall detailing is an add-on, not part of the standard deep clean. Some marks on baseboards, doors, and frames may remain. Mold in caulking and severe hard water may permanently stain or etch surfaces. We do not use acid-based hard water removers on natural stone, so results there cannot be guaranteed.

  • Wipe appliance exteriors; clean inside microwave.
  • Remove fridge leftovers and wipe shelves.
  • Wipe cabinet fronts and drawer interiors as needed.
  • Restock paper towels, dish soap, coffee, and trash bags.
  • Empty trash and recycling; replace liners.

A few things to know

Turnovers take place between checkout and check-in. Late checkouts can shorten the cleaning window and will be reported to the host. Guest damage, excessive mess, or pet hair beyond normal use may require extra time, billed at our hourly rate after host approval. Supplies are restocked from host-provided inventory unless a restocking add-on is arranged.
